Palamuse

Third day of our Estonian holiday. After an overnight visit to our goddaughter's family in Otepää, we headed to Palamuse where our friends have a house where they spend weekends. We haven't visited them there before, so the village was new to me. We have driven through it before though, and I remembered that it's quite picturesque. We had a little walk around and I think my memory was right.

The centre has a medieval church (in the first extra), a very old school building (no photo, sorry) and a beautiful red house (in the second extra) which has been a chemist's shop and childhood home of brothers who became famous as an author and a movie director. The main photo is of a millhouse, located in the middle of them all, which I thought was the most picturesque.

The day was partially rainy and mainly overcast, but when the sun came out for a while, the temperature rose to +18°C for a while when we were driving to Triinu's mother's for the last night of the journey.
