Pearl Buildings

Things I've not noticed in Leeds before #629: This bell(?) tower on the top of a building opposite the town hall.

This is the Pearl Chambers building, built in 1910 as the premises for Pearl Life Assurance.  There's apparently a statue of the founder on the roof, I need to go find that....
