Lonely Boys

So took Lizzie to the airport this morning - she is off to see her sis and friends in Wales.
Into work which continued the stress of the previous days. Popped out to see the physio this afternoon who recommended various exercises, including standing on one leg, which I am especially bad at, despite years of trying to do the tree posture.

Home to Léo who was so excited to see me. He had only been on his own for an hour or so - our friend was here all day, but didn't feel I could leave him. So missed yoga. Must do some exercise tomorrow.
