Braving the Storm

I had to run out to the hospital pharmacy this morning to pick up a prescription ~ wanted to be sure I have it to get through this storm. The rain has started in earnest and I was soaked just walking into the hospital and back to the car! And the wind is picking up as well. I'm afraid we're really in for it this time ~ this is a serious storm!

While out I stopped by this house that is normally all decked out for Halloween. Due to the weather threat they have taken down most of the decorations. Ironically, this boat was left up. I just hope we won't need it to get us to higher ground! If you look close you can see the rain pelting down.
