Kokoda in a tanoa

It being a warm and sunny day we are lunching on a favourite dish from our long-gone days in Fiji. It is known as kokoda and is basically raw white fish, onions and red chilis marinated in lemon juice and coconut cream. To really get into the nostalgic mood I have served it in a miniature wooden tanoa (yaqona bowl).
Should you be interested you can see our full sized tanoa here together with an account of how it is used.
