Musing

The Bookclub met at our house this afternoon. We had been reading a Mary Wesley which most people had enjoyed. The next book is this one pictured, by the author of The Miniaturist which sold a million copies around the world and was made into a television film shown at the end of last year. The subject matter of The Muse is very different, the author’s second novel.
So perhaps we’ll be reading this outside in the warm weather which has been forecast!
