Racerunning

Since the sudden and unexpected death of Rafi's racerunning coach Andy earlier this year, the Wednesday night group has been a bit depleted. It was great to see a few of his friends back again tonight. We are in a bit of a dilemma about what to do as regards formal coaching as Rafi is going to Barcelona in August for the world championships and really needs some quality coaching to help him realise his potential.
