Raclette

For those who drooled over the cheese counter a few days ago, today we returned for lunch. Luckily our table was next to this equipment for grilling the cheese for the ‘raclette’. We were served a dish of boiled new potatoes with a cucumber pickle and the cheese was brought to the table and the molten, oozing, caramelised edgewise sliced off and dropped on top of the dish.
It was really good!
