Moving things around

It was really hot today, I spent most the day walking up and down stairs moving things from the top bedroom into another room because the decorators are coming on Monday and the top room needs to be clear, it’s a massive job but I’ve made some good progress today.

I did a 15 minute Pilates session, I have an app on my phone, I need to get back into it so I made a small start today.

I called Gerry’s son John for a chat while I was walking in the cemetery, Gerry has been gone two years now and my mother for almost 1 year, we spoke for about an hour catching up on our news and the family’s news, it was good to speak to him.
