Yorkies

I finally seem to have been given the gift of Yorkies, I can cook and make ANYTHING but bugger me, over the years I have had a battle with batter!

Sometimes they'd be like billowy clouds, another time they'd be like flat rubbery farts!

Anyhoo I thought for the sake of my children I'd give it one more go and for the past six month or so I have had consistent beautiful, well risen, crisp golden yorkshires...LONG MAY IT CONTINUE!

oh, and there was a beautiful leg of pork, and all the traditional Sunday Roast malarkey to go with, I am not just making them eat fabulous yorkshire puds for supper!
