Out for a walk at lunchtime with Lois in the park with the Ixus slipped in my pocket, quick click. I think we were talking about magnesium and sulphuric acid, science lessons at school.

We caught up and it was a good break from work. It's tough at the moment but I have removed a lot of dead wood over the last few weeks.

Some lessons learned lately...this is one of the important people in my life. Real and actual. We have had a tough couple of weeks. Looking at it positively has made me realise what matters...and what doesn't.
