I must leave you now
To grow

In Springtimes glow
Bursting
With radience born
Of youth
Outshining those
Surrounding
Looking down upon you
Judging
They will not find you
Wanting
But yet will stand
Aghast
At the sunlight carried
Within
Your upturned face
Summertime
Will see you emblazoned
In green
A coat of royalty
Protecting
Covering and enhancing
Vibrant display
While you
Serve as guardian

Who grow within
