The Morning after the Night Before

I’ve no idea what Sally got up to last night. She looks as though she had a night on the raz, tried to get glitter bombed, and failed.
 
Actually it looks like cherry blossom petals, several cars in the close have similar coatings, but there are no cherry blossom trees close by
