King of the jungle

We went on a game drive in the lion park, which is in a separate camp from the main game farm where the accommodation is. After driving around for 2 hours without finding the lions, our driver radioed to ask if any of the other staff had seen them recently. Fortunately there was another guide close by who told our driver that they were sleeping behind some bushes. Our driver then drove through some bushes and stopped right next to this big lion. I was more than a bit scared, we were in an open landrover, and I was sitting closest to the lion. He was however not interested in getting up, but I was nevertheless glad when we left.
