A Stunning Day at Lake Hayes

Today the walking group headed over the Crown Range to walk around Lake Hayes.  There was hardly a ripple on the lake, it was simply  spectacular.  The main blip is of little 'h' admiring the view.  The extras are the photos that missed the cut.  The buildings are at Arrowtown.  It was their Autumn Festival.

It is an 8 km walk around the lake, which was just far enough.  We had an ice cream at Arrowtown on the way home.  Apparently we walked over 16,000 steps.  No wonder I am going to put my feet up in front of a nice hot fire.  A super day out.
