One Small Dog On A Sunny Day

It's so wonderful to be back in Connecticut for a few days.  It was lovely to wake up this morning to the sounds of birdsong, and the weather is absolutely glorious today, with clear blue skies and sunshine that almost feels warm!  Spring is still being coy, with very little activity in the bursting-into-bloom department, but I did manage to find a few hardy daffodils and a drift or two of Siberian Squills willing to be photographed in the garden.  If you look closely, you will see one small brown dog on guard outside the house in the top picture!
