My office

Yesterday I was still in my pjs past midday, watching the marathon, when the doorbell went. Lovely to have a visit from R&J but a bit embarrassed about my sheer laziness. A day of rest was supposed to heal my foot, but sadly not.

After a lesson this morning and a sports club at lunch time, I couldn't make it up the Cop again so it was back to my office on my bed.

You don't realise how much you love running until you can't do it.
