Fingers crossed

I am currently the proud owner of FOUR home hubs, and finally have broadband. We ordered an upgrade several weeks ago and received a new hub. We installed it but very soon it stopped working. We were told to re-install the old one. The new fast broadband was activated while we were away so I reinstalled the new hub before we left. On our return it wasn’t working, so after a long conversation with our provider and lots of tests at both ends, they concluded the hub was faulty. They sent another. It looked very different so I called them to check and was told that it was indeed the wrong one. They sent another, hub no 4 which arrived today and it seems to be working! Finners crossed
