First time oil painting

I’ve worked in all other mediums of art except oils. I was intimidated by them for some reason. So I decided for my first attempt I would pick something colorful with a bit of whimsy.
This shows some clothes hanging out to dry on a clothing line. The colors got my attention and although I’m not finished yet, I am rather proud of how I painted the folds in the fabric giving dimension and movement to the painting.
