Mary's widower returned to volunteer today. He coped well and we rallied round and looked after him.

I cooked extra at lunchtime & boxed up some dinner for him to take home and one of his sons popped in to check up on him. They were such an attractive and elegant couple and Malc used to joke that Mary told him what to wear. Happily, Malcolm looked like Mary was still around, checking on his appearance!

My jaw is still tender but its only been 24 hours of antibiotics so far...
