Anzac Day

Today's Wide Wednesday theme set by BobsBlips is "movement".
It was more a case of "moving" in Australia and New Zealand today as we commemorated Anzac Day.
It is heart warming to witness the respect and gratitude shown by so many all over the country to those who sacrificed so much.

A year or so ago there was some talk of cancelling Anzac marches and ceremonies due to the risk of terrorism.
Fortunately no one was going to have a bar of that and all went ahead as usual.
