Toxteth Reservoir

The Echoes exhibition by Surface as part of the Independents Biennial.

The Biennial is always good at opening up buildings that are normally closed to the public. Toxteth Reservoir has been closed for years, although there are plans to develop it as a community project. For this week only (ie until Friday) it's open from 12 - 2pm and well worth the visit.
