Manual turntable!

Yesterday started with a walk from Hythe to Dymchurch. 9 miles along canal, then across fields to the Coast, after a welcome coffee at the Retro Cafe in Dymchurch, if you're in the area it's a must visit, wonderful 50s style! Then we bought rover tickets on the Romney Hythe Dymchurch railway, travelled up to Hythe, watched the steam engine being turned on the turntable manually, as photo shows! Then travelled down to Dungeness on the steam train, had late lunch at the Britannia pub, then rode the train back to Hythe! Wonderful railway, lots of history too! Great day! Wasn't able to post this yesterday! Beautiful day here on south east corner of the UK, walked to Hythe & back sunshine all the way! :))
