Avebury

Paying a visit to this Neolithic Henge.

I do find these stone circles intriguing and bizarre. They're huge and there are a lot of these circles around, yet we can really only guess what they were all about and what went on.

Somehow they feel quite sombre. I can't imagine anything good and jolly going on there but hopefully I'm wrong.
