absolutely bonkers non stop day. Series of 3 early meetings then an update tour of the work going on at the Old Royal Infirmary as it continues to be stripped out (this is taken in the clocktower looking through the clock face that is above Lauriston Place - note the tiny mechanism on top of the plinth that works the huge hands). Interesting to look down from the roof to where I was last Thursday
That was followed immediately by a discussion about the art gallery, then a meeting with Law people and a dash to a further meeting with Philosophy before a planning meeting with Islamic Studies. Nothing if not varied!
Met up with VG and we talked non-stop for two hours over fish and chips to try and cram in all our news, thoughts and gossip after not seeing each other for way too long!
Home to catch up and do yet more prep. I'm looking forward to the weekend!
