Who pulled the plug in the harbour? A new company has taken over the management of the marina so it is hoped they will solve the problem of the non-existence of water which makes it impossible for boat owners to exit the harbour for many hours of the day. There was certainly little movement this evening and mud wrestling would have been more appropriate than swimming.
