Dead tree, in sunshine

Today we drove over to Castlepoint, where we walked round one bay (1st extra is looking back from our stopping point) to get a view down the coast looking south (2nd extra).

Then we drove back inland, stopping for drinks and a snack at a lovely country cafe, complete with chandeliers and doilies. 

Then a back road drive down to Martinborough, where we were just in time to taste (and buy) some wine at Alana (3rd extra).

We've had glorious sunshine for the last 3 days, but the forecast isn't great for the weekend.  Tomorrow we move on.
