F.S.i.L. Birthday

It was Marlane's sister, Sonia, therefore my Sister in Law,  birthday yesterday and what she really wanted was new cushions for her rocking chair.
Marlane spent a couple of days sewing and stuffing and Voila, new back and bottom cushions (is it ok to say Bottom on Blipfoto!).
She was very pleased with that and also with the carrot cakes I'd made for her.

Trip to Southmead hospital today for a check up on kidney function levels and other stuff just to keep an eye on me.
A lovely bike ride there, sunny and dry apart from one 3 mile stretch of the M5 which had just had a very heavy shower as I approached it. I didn't catch the shower, other than a few tail end spots, but the road was soaked enough to dirty the bike!
