New Project

My favourite Mr DIY seems to have made a full recovery from his last project and is looking for the next one :))
We have a swim spa in the garden which is great for when grandchildren come and stay and also exercises granny!
It is small and heated so needs a cover both for safety as well as heat retention and keeping leaves out. The present cover is made of vinyl covered foam which is heavy and awkward to lift.It won't last more than 3 or 4 years (or less when the dog chews the corners! ) and is expensive to replace. The idea is to make a rolling deck that even a granny can push on tracks which will also be much safer and hopefully last for years. I do like the "Job Done" philosophy. 
We went to this local factory which makes fibreglass grating/decking for the marine industry. Seems ideal. I'm glad the guy cutting it was wearing protective gear and proper breathing equipment.
