My Word is My Bond

We had a very sociable day today. Jo and Emily came around this morning for a cup of coffee. She brought her photos of Tokyo from where she's just returned after attending the wedding of her son Ben and his girlfriend Miyoshi. They will be having an English ceremony in January. Ben works in India as a teacher.

After lunch Ann and I went to the cinema, guess what we saw? I took the photo of the poster outside on leaving, totally exhausted; the film has that effect on you. Excellent, escapism entertainment. It has to be seen on the big screen to really appreciate the action scenes.

Finally Emma came for tea; we did vegetable and salmon stir fry with sweet potato.
