Despite his handicap

this feisty robin visits my bird food offerings many times a day, alternately with his/her mate.  They have a brood at the end of the garden.  Sometimes a neighbouring pair visit at the same time and there is a short lived battle.  Am enjoying all the avian visitors - especially as they are usually in pairs - but am not welcoming the magpies and jays for I know how predatory they are/will be.
