WORKING WITH . . .

. . . Chocolate . . . at least that is what it said on the tin for a pressie Cookery Course today.
I tempered chocolate . . . then lost my temper making Classic French Macarons. Apparently THE best in the World can be purchased in Malton . . . in Yorkshire of course !
I have to say that mine were the worst . . . although I was praised for inventing a new dish . . . Macaron Mess ! Tasted deliciously grand . . . but not a lot to look at . . . a bit like me !
