These lanterns are inside a Buddhist Temple at the Wing On Centre on Des Voeux Road. Gheorghe and I decided to walk back to the hotel via various places of interest. This was just one of them. I did over 20,000 steps that day - a personal best since Chris and Shelly gave me the Fitbit for Christmas. My extra photo is of a very dubious set of steps - also on our marathon stroll.
