Busy bee

Despite a miserable wet grey day weatherwise we had fun - early start for AR's first gymnastics class. I so remember going to classes like this where I did more of the exercises than whichever child I was accompanying!
She got into it after a while though and seemed to have fun, then we went for coffee whilst Mt had his hair cut. Home and A&N came over with all the gear to make fairy cakes. Took ages, very messy (and AR mainly interested in putting the sprinkles on and choosing the colours to tint the icing!) but she enjoyed the process.
Mx had a very long bounce in his bouncy walker thing.....he needs the exercise!...then baths and bedtime for them. We had French 75 cocktails (gin, prosecco, lemon juice and sugar syrup - delicious but powerful!) and relaxed before bed.
