Woodlouse

There was a large family of woodlice inside a plant pot when we lifted it up today

Useless bit of information from Wikipedia:

Despite being crustaceans like lobsters or crabs, woodlice are said to have an unpleasant taste similar to "strong urine"


How do they know what "strong urine"  tastes like I wonder?
