New & Old

The V&A in Dundee is nearly finished - opening September. Supposedly designed to look like the cliffs at Arbroath - I think it looks more like a ship! Poking up behind are the masts of RRS Discovery - launched in 1901 it took Scott & Shackleton on their first successful expedition to the Antarctic. Hopefully it’s not feeling too overwhelmed by the new boy in town!
