Mementoes

The Team Ireland lapel badge was given to me by Sonia O'Sullivan when she visited Newcastle in 2013, and completed a midweek run round our parkrun course, with a number of lucky regulars. A lovely lady, very easy to talk to. I was fortunate to run and chat with her for part of the course.

I learned today that she completed her 100th parkrun, yesterday.
