When will it start to warm up?

Over to The Folks today. My Dad was busy outdoors, moving the chicken pen again to let some of the grass recover, and give them some fresh pickings too.

I helped make their lunch, did some shopping for them and a few other little jobs too. 

On the way back to the station I saw quite a few bees like this one, on the pavement. It isn't warm enough for them to fly... Like them, I'm hoping the temperatures are going to start to climb soon!

I've been to Tesco tonight. A rivetingly interesting day all round...Not!I 

It has been suggested to me that this is most likely a wasp...I've looked at a few comparison shots, and I think maybe it is a wasp.
