Monday

Special Monday as Tuesday is a bank holiday again early start at work with interesting twists and developments. Even the weather surprised today.

Took the afternoon off to work with BC and AM on the private project. Ready to start phase 3 in June. Turbot in the oven with veggies and Etna rosato from Terre Nere. Tried to find Cabecou and Cantal cheese, but to no avail. So fresh mascarpone dolce, blue cheese Shropshire and very old Swiss alp cheese with Podere 414 Aleatico Passito (similar to a port wine) from Maremma had do it too.
