Fungus ,Culbone Woods

Today we made a big effort to walk from the cottage into Culbone, as we wanted to do it but both felt bit below parr! 
We took a picnic in and as always it was worth the effort . The peace is tangible . 
In the evening we were lucky enough to see a small group of deer near The Blue Ball at Countisbury.
