Ely Rocks

There’s been a rock-decorating-and-hiding craze in the area. They were saying in the café local interest was dwindling, but I found this rock while I was out.
It’s the first one I’ve seen; I think you’re supposed to hide it somewhere else, but I left it there for someone else to find.
Any idea what it says? “The Pom Rock”?!
