Canal Reflections

There's a big new development being built on a brownfield site (hooray - not green fields!) not far from Mum-in-Law's house in Macclesfield. The site used to be occupied by a run-down garage, blipped twice before (here and here).

It's a block of sheltered-housing apartments which will have 24-hour on-site care for those who need it - seemingly it'll be the only such site in Macclesfield to offer this much-needed facility.

Anyway I walked past it on the way to the paper shop this morning and grabbed a shot on my phone of the reflections in the adjacent canal.

Since then we've driven home to Newcastle with the car heavily laden with stuff to sort from the house, but as it's camera club this evening I've no time to do a Tiny Tuesday shot.

I think we'll be back to Macc at the weekend as, although we've made good progress, there's still quite a lot of sorting to do. But we both have commitments at home over the next few days; it'll be nice anyway to have a few days off "what do we do with this...?!"  :-))
