Blooming Blossom

Heavy morning traffic added an unexpected 45 minutes to our journey to the hospital.
We did the same journey at the same time last month and arrived 30 minutes early for our appointment, today we were nearly ten minutes late even though we ran up about 12 flights of steps because we the thought it quicker than the lift.
Not to worry, lots of others were also late, so Mr P had his bloods taken, examined by the trials team and we then saw his consultant on time as his bloods results were done on the spot. Fabulous service, thank you NHS
All looking good and another infusion tomorrow, they soon come round.
As we got away from the hospital in good time it didn’t take long to get into Leeds and l could go to ballet.
Mr P waited for me and we drove home together.
This afternoon we needed a bit of fresh air so walked down to the river, can you spot the heron in the extras?
As it’s a circular walk we passed the school where Verity and Kitty go so we walked round to give them a quick wave as they came out before they set off with Rebecca for their dance lessons in Skipton.
Liked to see them in their summer school dresses, even though it’s still feels too cold to wear them.
For the past two days l’ve felt really tired, this really won’t do as l’ve a busy week ahead.
