Ups and Downs

My Bird Table magazine arrived today - a really interesting read about the ups and downs of garden birds, gleaned from the results of counts from the BTO garden birdwatch.
The other good thing today was that after lots of starts and stops, my new veranda was finally completed. All we need now is some fine weather for sitting out.
Less positive was a trip to the dentist. My previous appointment was cancelled by them and today’s rearranged appointment was over 6 weeks later. It transpired that they had booked me in with the wrong dentist, so now I have to return on Friday. Not a happy bunny.
