Blake's Wood, Little Baddow

Yesterday in Essex, it was winter and today's photo I think speaks for itself.

Take a close look - these are the real deal Hyacynthoides Non Scripta -  the English Bluebell and definitely not the Hyacynthoides Hispanica which is hybridising and threatening its very existence. Banish them wherever they may be found and buy these instead!

Here endeth the lesson. It was a mindful moment in Blake's Wood - and the fragrance too is a boon.
