It's empty mate.

I bought a feeder from our local garden centre-one that has a plastic suction goody so that you can fix to a window. Needless to say-it does not work. We then screwed it onto a panel at the side of the garage for the pigeons. In the hope that they shan't disturb the darling little birds eating from the "posh" feeder. It did not take long for the pigeons to find it and empty out in record time.
