Not a happy dog .....

Busy again today. A wet start . Found a blackie ewe dead this morning with her lamb sitting on top of her and after a swift rugby tackle managed to catch it. It is now another one to be bottle fed . Patch wasn't pleased to have her seat in the Land Rover stolen from her though !
Stevie here to freeze brand and PD the in calf heifers. Not too bad, only one empty out of 34. .He also PDd another 60 cows before lunch time.
It might be May , but it certainly isn't getting any warmer yet, and no grass growth either . You take your life in your hands when the sheep see you appear with a bag of feeding- they are like a descending plague of locusts !
