Darwin 18.30

Awake since 3pm this morning, caught the taxi at 5.25am. Left 15 degrees Melbourne and about 5 hours later arrived in 33 degrees Darwin. It’s hot, I think it’s a little humid (though I doubt the locals would agree).

Visited the art museum and Met the Bishop of Darwin at the Cathedral. Then off to the beach to capture this sunset ( I cannot believe how fast the sun sets!) and explore local markets.

Back to the hotel around 8pm and I swam in the outdoor pool. It’s 21.30 ( I’ve been up about 18 hours) so now off to bed! Goodnight and thanks for reading if you’ve got this far!
