Great to see this building, after all the arguments.

Although the road is blocked & still a vast amount of work going on. It really is jammed in amongst the smaller, human scale older streets. I'm not sure what I think. The structure is stunning but I'm not convinced about the location, it dwarfs Borough Market & Guys Hospital.

The new hotel opens later on the ground floor. It's name? The Shangri-La. That seems oddly exotic for a London landmark, doesn't it?
