Another frustrating morning battling for a doctor's appointment. Apparently I have to ring on Tuesday for an emergency appointment. I did manage to book a 10 minute slot online for a fortnight's time just in case I have no luck on Tuesday. I find it all very anxiety-provoking and unsettling.

Got myself in a bit of a state but calmed down once I was in the park feeding the birds. Russell is my emotional support crow :')
